I had an outstanding experience buying a CPO XC60 at Volvo Princeton. I came in from out of state and the team made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Yosef Cohen, Duane Washington, Chris Wells, and Alex Kocherhin all went above and beyond. They took the time to walk me through every detail of the deal and the car itself, made sure I understood everything about the warranty/inspection process, and handled all of the out-of-state title and registration logistics. Nothing felt rushed and they answered every question I had. For a first time buying experience, they knocked it out of the park. This is an exceptional team and well worth the travel! Highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for a Volvo!

The guys at Volvo Princeton have been nothing short of amazing and helpful. They will at this rate of good performance put other dealers to shame. 1) They went out of the way to help us find an exact xc90 that we were looking for. 2) They negotiated a deal that makes sense as per markets 3) My xc60 servicing was a breeze. They again went out of the way to help fix a couple of things. My experience has been very good so far. Please keep up the good work! I am not taking names because the whole team is simply awesome!!

I am so happy with my new car. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I seen the car listed on Thursday , I get a call from Duane Friday morning, we talk and I agree to do an application . Within an hour Chris has crunched the numbers and had a bank make me an offer for less than what I had asked. I accept, now it’s Saturday morning I’ve driven the car, signed ALL the necessary paperwork and I’m driving off the lot in less than an hour and a half. Of course I do what I have to do before I get to The dealership but I’m just blown away that this process didn’t take all day. Thank you, Volvo Of Princeton job well done ! I’m another happy customer!!!

We had a very good experience with our purchase of a new Volvo XC-90. The saleswoman (Haley) helped us select the perfect size SUV for our travel needs as well as our local driving. She was knowledgeable about the features of the SUV and worked through the numbers to present a good deal for us. She also listened to our personal tastes in interior and exterior colors and SUV size and guided us through the selection to arrive at just the right vehicle for us.

From start to finish, Duane made the entire process simple, smooth, and completely stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we wanted without any pressure or sales gimmicks. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with honesty and efficiency the way he does. If you’re looking for a new Volvo, especially an XC90, I highly recommend asking for Duane Washington at Princeton Volvo. Truly one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had.
